How it works
Every day, when publishers around the globe send their newspapers to their own printing
presses, they also send exact digital replicas of those publications to NewspaperDirect
over the Internet.
NewspaperDirect’s Network Operations Center then processes those files within
minutes and publishes them on ND
Press, making the titles available for printing at hundreds of hotels around
the world, often before they ever hit the newsstands.

Step 1: Get Started
ND Press is a web-based application that is easy to install and use. All you need
to get started is:
- PC or laptop running Windows 2000, XP or Vista
- High-speed internet connection
- Laser-quality digital printer/copier with 11x17 or A3 (297 x 420 mm) size paper compatibility,
and a duplex option. We also recommend that it has a printing speed of at least 35 pages per minute.

Step 2: Register
Register for
a free trial or subscribe
to ND Press to start accessing the service immediately.
Once registered, log on to ND Press
and download, install and authorize PressReader for your computer. PressReader
is the software application that enables you to print any of the hundreds of full-content publications available.
Step 3: Watch and learn
Watch the ND Press Video Demonstration to learn how to select, personalize
and print newspapers for your guests, or schedule automatic downloading and printing

Service packages
A service package to the ND Press Service provides you with a specific number of
newspaper copies for the entire service term. Both printed copies and copies read
online are counted towards the package. Copies selected for online reading which
are printed once are counted as one copy towards the plan. Any additional printed
copies are counted appropriately.
Overage fee
Should you print or read copies in excess of the included quantity of newspapers
in the term of the selected package, NewspaperDirect will automatically charge you
for each additional newspaper at the rate specified in the selected package above.
ND Press auto-renew and cancellation policy
Subscriptions to the ND Press Service are automatically renewed at the end of the
subscription term. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time. In case
of cancellation, no refund will be granted for the unused portion of the cancelled
subscription.
